| Simcha "Hour" Pre-Oneg March 5, 2010 (Fri) 5:30 pm Location: Kol Emet So what is Simcha Hour Shabbat? About once a month, we move our service up in time from the traditional start time of 8PM to an earlier time slot so that congregants who otherwise wouldn't or couldn't attend are able to fit it into their busy schedules. We start out at 5:30p with socializing and (of course) eating. We usually have wine & cheese along with pizza for the kids (or adults!). Services are from 6:15p to 7:00p. Some stay to schmooze; some go home to enjoy a nice Shabbat dinner. So, if you haven't yet experienced this wonderful new addition to the Kol Emet calendar, please try to do so in the coming months.
